Walking along the Basingstoke Canal
The towpath runs for the whole length of the navigable canal. It has been well maintained and is signposted with information points and picnic areas along the way.
There are many footpath links to the wider countryside and several railway stations near the canal - so you can always hop on the train should your legs give out!
