Blackhorse Broad (Hoveton Little Broad)

Secluded broad off the River Bure not far from the picturesque village of Horning and so a good location for overnight mooring when the village staithe is full.

There are no shore based facilities or landing places. At weekends Blackhorse is often used for racing by Horning Sailing Club. Not accessible by road, Blackhorse is closed to navigation each year from 31 October to the Saturday of the Spring Bank Holiday.
