Boating along the Bow Back Rivers
The Bow Backs are traditionally the preserve of more experienced boaters. Their semi-tidal nature and silted channels make them an exciting challenge for those who just have to cross off every waterway on the list.
That said, the 'loop' formed by the main Lee Navigation and the Bow Backs' City Mills River has recently been dredged. This makes it an easy cruise within the reach of any boater.
