Restriction: Swing Bridge Operating Protocols

Please be advised that the swing bridges will operate to the following protocols:
Muirtown Swing Bridge will not open to canal traffic at the following times:
08:15 - 09:20
12:10 - 13:20
16:25 - 17:45
Applies: Monday - Friday, all year
08:20 - 09:20
13:15 - 13:45**(10:20 - 10:50 on Sundays)
17:00 - 17:30
Applies: Saturday and Sunday, all yearTomnahurich Swing Bridge will not open to canal traffic at the following times:
08:20 - 09:15
12:00 - 13:10
16:35 - 17:35
Applies: Monday - Friday, all yearFort Augustus Swing Bridge will not open to canal traffic at the following times:
08:20 - 09:00
Applies: Monday - Friday during school term
08:40 - 09:00
Applies: Monday - Friday during school holidaysBanavie Swing Bridge will not open to canal traffic at the following times:
08:40 - 09:00

Applies: Monday - Friday, all year1. A bridge will not open to canal traffic within 10 minutes of a previous opening of that bridge.
2. Only one of the Inverness bridges (Muirtown and Tomnahurich) will be open to canal traffic at any given time.
