Fishing along the Chesterfield Canal
Angling is popular throughout the canal. The following local clubs control fishing rights:
- Harthill Reservoir: Harthill Reservoir Angling Club
- West Stockwith to Drakeholes: Sheffield & District Angling Association
- Drakeholes to West Retford: Worksop & District Angling Association
- West Retford to Ranby: Retford & District Angling Association
- Ranby to Bracebridge: Worksop United Angling Association
- Bracebridge to Shireoaks: Grafton Angling Association
- Shireoaks to Cinderhill: Station Hotel Angling Club
- Thorpe Salvin to Kiveton: Wales and Kiveton Park Colliery Angling Club
Unfortunately we don’t currently have any information on fishing and fisheries along the Chesterfield Canal.
