Fishing along the Cromford Canal
With only a few sections of the canal in water, fishing space is limited. Some parts of the canal have been formed into fishing pools: a rod licence is required, and catches include, perch, roach and carp. There is good fishing at Codnor Park Reservoir, immediately east of Butterley Tunnel.
