The Broads offer many opportunities for walking, with over 190 miles (300 km) of footpaths through some of the area's most attractive landscapes. There are nature trails, circular walks and long distance footpaths suitable for anything from a gentle stroll to a strenuous hike.

The short boardwalk at Filby is particularly popular, especially for people in wheelchairs and for those with young families.
