Opening Times: Foxton and Watford Locks

April 27 - September 30: Everyday, 8am - 7pm (last boat in at 6:15pm);

October 1 - October 26: Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm (last boat in at 4:15pm); Friday to Sunday 8am - 6pm (last boat in at 5:15pm);

October 27 onwards: Everyday 8am - 3:30pm (last boat in at 2:45pm).

It takes approximately 45 minutes to pass through the flight. You must be through the flight by the time of closure. As locks can be very busy, please allow yourself plenty of time to ensure passage.

Stoppage: Lock 33, Bush Lock, Grand Union Leicester Line

The stoppage is to repair a leak through the wall at Lock 33, Bush Lock on the Grand Union Leicester Line. Please note that the pound below Lock 33 will also be lowered. The stoppage will start at 5pm on Monday 8th September and will re-open at 12 noon on Tuesday 9th September.
