Walking along the Grand Union Canal Leicester Line
Walking along the towpath is a most enjoyable way to see the canal. Local voluntary organisations, notably the Old Union Canals Society, offer guided walks along the canal. The Leicestershire & Rutland Rural Community Council has a programme of summer walks.
