Cycling along the Haddiscoe New Cut

The Broads is a perfect area to explore by bike, with its many miles of gentle and peaceful country lanes. There is a network of Broads Bike Hire points from local boat yards and shops in the region. Bicycles can be hired by the day (currently £9) or half day (currently just £5) and free route maps area available from each location. Bikes are available for all sizes and ages, plus children's seats, helmets, locks and bag racks. Occasionally tandems are available.

There are three Broads Bike Hire places within a short distance of Haddiscoe New Cut:

- Outney Meadow Caravan Park, Bungay (01986 892338)
- Stokesby Riverside Tea Rooms & Stores (01493 750470), and
- Whitlingham Norfolk Youth and Community Service (01493 368129)

Cycling routes
