Walking along the Hertford Union Canal
The canal connects with Victoria Park and the Lee Navigation at Old Ford Lock. From here, the Lee towpath will take you towards the Lea Valley Park - a very pretty and interesting route. The Hertford Union Canal also connects to the long-distance Grand Union Canal Walk via the Regent's Canal.
