    UPDATE (15 December 2010): Christmas and New Year opening; As per the tidal locks availability leaflet please note that any passage through the tidal locks during the Christmas and New Year period must be pre-booked by 1600 hours on Friday 17th December 2010.
    The Tidal Lock Availability 2010 leaflet may be found in the 'useful downloads' section of www.waterscape.com, or printed copies may be requested from London's Customer Service Team.
