Fishing along the Oxford Canal
77 miles of high-quality fishing can be found on the Oxford Canal and its three water supply reservoirs at Boddington, Clattercote and Wormleighton.
British Waterways licences its fishing rights out to local clubs, and you will need an Environment Agency rod licence and either membership or a day licence from the relevant club. Clattercote and Boddington reservoirs are carp waters, and are directly managed by British Waterways. Day permits for all these sites are available from the regularly patrolling bailiffs.
