Fishing along the Regent's Canal
Angling on London's canals is one of the best ways to slow down and escape the bustle of city life.
Annual permits are available from British Waterways' Milton Keynes office (01908 302500) for £15.
Please avoid fishing next to locks, in mooring places and near power lines.
