Fishing along the River Exe
The River Exe has been known for its salmon fishing ever since angler Richard Voysey caught a 64lb salmon in 1924. Salmon populations in Devon's rivers have been dwindling over the last few years, but plans are now in force to reverse this decline. The river is an excellent venue for fly-fishing and boasts a good supply of wild trout.
