River Lark

The River Lark is a tributary of the Great River Ouse and runs for 10 miles. It runs from just after Littleport as far as Isleham (for boats with low draught).

The River Lark passes the village of Prickwillow in the Black Fens, an expanse in total of approximately 800 sq miles. Windmills rather than trees dot the landscape.
