he vast reaches of Dartmoor suit all levels of cycling ability. Families find the trails along disused railway lines perfect for a quiet day out, and more experienced cyclists are challenged by the testing off-road options on the Dartmoor Way.

This 90-mile route circles the periphery of Dartmoor with manifold opportunities to dismount for some refreshment, to see the local attractions or simply to better enjoy the panoramic views. Take the optional route via Princetown only if you fancy a testing climb up the steep moorland hills.
