Restriction: Shillingford Bridge, near Wallingford
Associated Regional Office: EA Thames RegionDuring these dates, each arch of the bridge will be closed at different times, while refurbishment work takes place. The river will remain open but navigation will be restricted.
When the side arches are closed the centre arch will be open, and when the centre arch is closed both side arches will always be open.
When the centre arch is closed no mooring will be allowed within 40 metres of the bridge. Please follow directional signage and navigate slowly and with caution in the vicinity of these works.

Stoppage: Hampton Court to Steven’s Eyot, Kingston
Associated Regional Office: EA Thames RegionDue to the Kingston Head of the River Race, the river will be closed from 10.30am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. All those in charge of boats should comply with the general directions, and with any special directions that may be given in particular circumstances.
Boats will not be able to navigate anywhere on the River Thames downstream of Molesey Lock between Hampton Court Bridge and a point one hundred metres downstream of Steven’s Eyot, Kingston, except in the Surrey channel alongside Thames Ditton Island.
Competitors will assemble downstream of Hampton Court Bridge about thirty minutes before the start and then be despatched at intervals to race downstream along a course which will pass on the Middlesex side of Thames Ditton Island, then on the Surrey Side of Ravens Ait to the finish in the channel on the Middlesex side of Stevens Eyot.
Casual mooring to the towpath or anchoring anywhere between Hampton Court Bridge and Kingston Bridge, on the Middlesex side of Steven’s Eyot, is not allowed.
