Fishing along the Rochdale Canal

The canal has always been popular with anglers. Some sections are leased to angling clubs and membership is required. The Todmorden Angling Society can be contacted on 01706 816319 for pass information.

Coarse fish to be caught include roach, tench, bream, chub gudgeon and perch.
