Fishing along the Rutland Water
Rutland Water is a mecca for anglers and anyone can have a go. Trout grow to 15lbs and huge pike are also caught. Season April to December.
Fly-fishing tuition, tackle and motor-boat hire is available at the Fishing Lodge. The central section is where the trout fishing takes place, both from boats and from the shore.
