Boating along the Selby Canal
Although it is historically part of the Aire & Calder Navigation, the 12-mile Selby Canal carries minimal commercial traffic. It is fed from the River Aire and levels are regulated by outflow to the Ouse. There are long and short-term moorings at various points.
