Cycling along the Stourbridge Canal

The following lengths of towing path are open to cyclists. Please cycle with great care and courtesy to others, observing the Waterways Code for Cyclists. You must display a valid British Waterways cycling permit on your cycle which can be downloaded free of charge.

Stourbridge Junction to Wordsley Junction (2.2 km): Do not speed down lock flight. Waterway wall in poor condition in places.

  • Stourbridge Town Arm (2.8 km): Extra care

required as grass towpath may be rutted.

  • Delph to Leys Junction (3.2 km): Extra care

required as grass towpath may be rutted.
