Walking along the Stroudwater Navigation
Most sections of the Stroudwater Navigation are open to walkers. You can download a detailed map with full details. A long-distance footpath, the Thames & Severn Way, extends the walk across the brow of the Cotswolds to Lechlade on the River Thames.
The Cotswold Canals Trust publishes two excellent books of short walks around the Thames & Severn and Stroudwater canals.
