Cycling along the Ullswater
If you're coming from Windermere along the old Roman Road, known locally as The High Street, you'll pass the peak and end with an exhilarating downhill to Ullswater. You're probably mad if you try it in the opposite direction!
Alternatively, try one of the more leisurely routes in the area.
