Cycling along the Walsall Canal

Cycling is permitted along the whole length of the Walsall Canal. You will need to follow the Waterways Code for Cyclists and obtain a cycling permit. A British Waterways cycling permit can be downloaded free of charge.

Do not speed: the grass path surface may be rutted in places. Please note that the adjacent Ridgeacre Branch is not suitable for cycling.
