Shackerstone family festival

Come to the Shackerstone Family Festival on the Ashby Canal for a variety of displays, demonstrations, stalls and attractions, including working narrowboats, vintage cars, and traction engines.

In previous years this action-packed festival has played host to marching bands, historical battle re-enactments, parachutists, stunt men, and aerobatic and aircraft displays.

There will also be a wide range of trade stands, craft stalls and refreshments, as well as the opportunity to ride the Battlefield Line Railway.
