This 3 mile canoe trail along the River Waveney follows the route of the old trading wherries, from Bungay to Geldeston.

Take part and get the chance to see the locks and mills along the way, find out about the industrial heritage of the area, and enjoy the natural beauty of this peaceful river. Open Canadian canoes are safe, stable and seat up to three adults so no previous experience is necessary, but you must be able to swim. Equipment and instruction is provided throughout.

Admission is £22 per adult and £15 per child. This activity runs from 10am – 3.30pm, and is suitable for children aged eight years and over. Booking is essential, for more information contact Broads Authority 01502 713196.
