Lock ransom weekend

Enjoy a Lock Ransom Weekend on the Grand Union Canal, organised by Buckingham Canal Society.

Visitors can expect a wide range of attractions and activities that are certain to keep all the family entertained, such as boats trips, face painting, bric-a-brac and cake stalls, prize quizzes, and guided walks. Boating enthusiasts will be able to see historic narrowboats, Raymond and Nutfield on display. Whilst those looking for relaxed entertainment can enjoy some live music and a drink at the bar. As if all that wasn’t enough, there will also be fender-making demos running throughout the weekend, a raffle and a BBQ on the Saturday night.
