New contact details for BW’s customer services

British Waterways’ Customer Service Centre has changed it’s phone number.
The team are now contactable on a new local number - 0845 671 5530. The number, which is the same cost as a standard local call from a BT landline, will now appear on printed materials and the British Waterways website.
The old number (01923 201120) will remain in service for the foreseeable future.
