10% off moorings at Clarence Dock, Leeds

4th Mar 2010

British Waterways is pleased to announce a 10% reduction in price for both the leisure and residential berths within the £260 million development at Clarence Dock, just off the Aire & Calder Navigation in the centre of Leeds.

Located next to the Royal Armouries and a close walk into Leeds City Centre, the moorings accommodate 26 berths which include 6 residential and 20 leisure moorings.

Leeds’ largest mixed use destination is a dynamic space that has transformed the city’s waterside into a modern and vibrant city destination with a wide range of retail and leisure units, in addition to the casino and hotel.

Facilities

Facilities include: drinking water, electricity, elsan disposal, mooring cleats, pump out, refuse disposal, showers and toilets.

Between each berth is a service bollard offering a water tap and a 16 amp electric socket with meter supply per boat.

Auction

The Clarence Dock mooring auctions with reduced guide price will start to go live on March 18 2010. Both residential and leisure berths are available. Further details and pricing can be found from www.bwmooringvacancies.co.uk or by calling the Moorings Manager on 07789 278956.
