Walking in Bedfordshire
Winding through attractive farmland and welcoming towns, the towpaths of Bedfordshire’s canals and rivers give visitors a fantastic opportunity to explore the county on foot. Though the Great Ouse flowing through Bedfordshire doesn’t have a consistent footpath, there are still plenty of other pathways for you to discover – including the Black Fen Waterway Trail and 50 mile Fens Rivers Way.
