Fancy a stroll? Families can enjoy a two-mile walk from the seaside town of Bude along the ubiquitous canal - looking out for canoeists en route. More ambitious trekkers can take on the Tamar Valley Discovery Trail, a 30 mile route through the best of Cornwall crossing over the Rivers Tavy and Tamar.
