An amazing waterfall, Aira Force is set amongst some stunning woodland to the west of the second largest lake in the Lake District, Ullswater. The gentle, uphill walks through the woodland to Aira Force have been enjoyed by people since the Victorian era.
Owned by the National Trust, many believe that Aira Force is possibly one of the most striking and most romantic of the Lakeland waterfalls.
