The Great Glen Cycle Route, maintained by the Forestry Commission, spans the whole length of the Caledonian Canal and is split into 11 sections of varying lengths and difficulty. The scenery is breathtaking, as routes pass through beautiful forest glades, small country roads and alongside Loch Oich and Loch Ness.
