A modern day 'enigma' has to be the words that describe the Loch Ness Monster. Her first documented sighting was by St Columba in the 6th century A.D.. It wasn't until modern times that she became an internationally known name.

The Original Loch Ness Monster Centre exhibition presents to you the facts and documented evidence from photographs, descriptions and film footage of sightings. It also highlights various search expeditions over the years by respected institutions and individuals such as Operation Deepscan.

The exhibition cinema brings you facts and explanations about 'Nessie' in 8 different languages simultaneously translated in German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese etc. immersing you in the depths of this mystery. Technology has played a major part in the search for 'Nessie', the film explains how it was implemented.

The exhibition centre is located at the Loch Ness Lodge Hotel and also offers cruises on Loch Ness on the underwater research vessel, 'Nessie Hunter'.
