The Space is a performing arts venue for dance, music, film, cabaret, theatre and poetry and runs educational projects. Free Jazz Jam night runs every Monday; Tuesdays are Film Club shows, usually art house or independent short films and Fridays are the night for cabaret or bands. They also host all sorts of other art entertainment and visiting exhibitions.
The Space is housed in a Grade II listed restored 19th Century Presbytarian Chapel. It is run by the St. Paul's Art Trust which is a non-profit making registered charity.
