Fishing in Nottinghamshire

Keen anglers are not short on variety in Nottinghamshire: there are around 35 different fish species living in the River Trent, but the main catches are roach, chub, dace, bream, carp, pike and gudgeon. Plenty for both serious match and pleasure anglers to go at.
