Walking in Oxfordshire
From long-distance waterside routes to idyllic strolls through some of our prettiest countryside, waterside walking is at its best in Oxfordshire.
Tackle the Thames Path – in as many stages as suit – or enjoy a level hike through quiet countryside along the Oxford Canal. Routes are waymarked and pubs are plentiful!
To find more walking routes in Oxfordshire, visit the Oxford Fieldpaths Society website, which offers gentle to moderate circular walks over distances of four to ten miles.
