There are a number of waterside parks for you to enjoy on a trip to Rutland, from the smallest and quietest, Barnsdale – a bird watching haven with plenty of entertainment for children - to Whitwell, which claims to be twinned with Paris. The county is also home to several nature reserves, so you can discover which animals have made Rutland their home.
