Walking in Rutland

Whether you're feeling energetic or simply fancy stretching your legs, there's sure to be a walking route to suit you around Rutland Water. For a full day's hiking, you can tackle the main 17-mile circuit of the reservoir - with an extra six-mile diversion around the Hambleton Peninsula available for the really dedicated. But for a more relaxed time, simply park in one of the four waterside car parks and take a waterside stroll.
