Rodbaston Visitor Centre

The Rodbaston Visitor Centre is home to a wide variety of exotic, farm and companion animals. It aims to educate and entertain all visitors through a wide programme of events relating to its animal collection, with special weekend events throughout the year.

Visit the shop, open daily, which sells a variety of pet products including food and toys, a range of souvenirs and educational toys for children, and food and gift items for the whole family. Or relax whilst you enjoy locally produced cakes and sandwiches in the spacious tearoom.

Entry into the shop and 60 seat tearoom is free and there is ample free parking. The centre also offers baby changing facilities, a picnic area, children’s play area, toilets (with disabled facilities), and access for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

The Animal Centre is open Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year, and during school holidays between 10.00am and 5.00pm. ‘Animal Encounters’ and ‘Meet the Keepers’ sessions take place throughout the day.

Opening hours for the shop and tearoom are 10.00am to 5.00pm daily.
