Cycling is a great way to discover the secrets of Sussex and the stunning scenery of the North and South Downs.

Adventurous types should ride the South Downs Way, a 100-mile route which crosses the River Arun. Others can enjoy scenic cycle rides along the towpath of the River Wey and the Basingstoke Canal.
