Image for East Riddlesden Hall

East Riddlesden Hall is located in Riddlesden, one mile north of Keighley in Yorkshire.

The house is furnished with superb oak furniture, 17th century embroidery and interesting textiles. The garden, designed for the Trust by Graham Stuart, is just as appealing, with a stunning array of colourful wild flowers and magnificent trees.

Within the garden stands a superb oak framed barn, which has, amazingly, remained unaltered for the last 400 years.

Both the barn and furnishings in the house help visitors learn a great deal about what life was like for people 400 years ago. Children can also enjoy a quiz and use the 'Children's Guide'.
