This 12th Century house is tucked in behind York Minster and surprises all who enter. It is the most elegant of houses, and full of grandeur, in both its size and its contents. The interior decoration is from the 16th and 20th Centuries and all pieces belong to the wealthy local Victorian industrialist, Frank Green.
