Walking in Yorkshire
Walking the canals and rivers of Yorkshire is a sure fire way to burn the calories – particularly along our steep Pennine canals. But the view from the top is always worth the effort and less ambitious walkers can find numerous short strolls to suit elsewhere in the region. Take a short walk in York along the River Ouse or spend an afternoon following the Aire & Calder Navigation between Castleford and Leeds.
