Baby Cream

BabyCream, the brainchild of Cream founder James Barton and Rob Gutmann of the Lyceum Group, is now open at Liverpool's Albert Dock. BabyCream occupies the site of the former Beige Bar at Liverpool's Albert Dock and bears little relation to the previous occupant. It operates on two levels, downstairs there's a cafe bar while upstairs a 'share and tear' dining area with chairs that can be converted into chaise longue seating (a bed to you and me). With a capacity of 500 the bar has several unique design features including the Girl's Powder Room, Virtual World Bar and CreamSelector.
