Priory Marina

This 200-berth marina, set in 300 acres of beautiful country park, is a great place for a day out. The marina has its own gift shop, is situated next to a pub/restaurant and hotel, and hascycle hire on site - plus wonderful riverside walks and cycle tracks.

Boating facilities include water, rubbish disposal, public slipway, workshop, pump-out, WC (& disabled WC), chandlery and boat sales. In the Country Park there is an information centre and nature reserve. Day fishing is available. All facilities are open seven days a week from 9am to 5.30pm.

Within 10 minutes' walk of the Marina is the Aspects Leisure Centre. Here there is a UGC Multiplex cinema, Megabowl 34-lane Bowling Alley and the Enigma Night Club. Eating options include Fatty Arbuckles, Macdonalds, Pizza Hut and Wimpy. Tescos and the Oasis Beach Pool waterpark are also close by.

The pleasant riverside town of Bedford is just a mile from the marina. As well as a museums, art galleries and a wealth of shops and pubs, Bedford also offers a choice of Indian restaurants and a Pizza Express.
