Silsden Boats is run by Barbara and Richard Bradburn who've been interested in boats and canals for over 30 years.
In 1995 an opportunity arose to buy Silsden Boats as a business - Barbara and Richard leapt at the chance as they saw it as a wonderful opportunity for them to pass on their experiences and enthusiasm to other people, people like yourself who are interested in the canal network as a leisure activity.
Situated in the village of Silsden on the edge of the Yorhire Dales, Silsden Boats is today a successful narrow and wide beam boating company that not only offers relaxing holidays on the canals of the Yorkshire Dales but is able to offer a boat sale and bespoke boat building service to those of you, who like us, are now 'hooked' on boats and canals.
