The Union Inn

  • Lock 16
  • FALKIRK

The Union Inn was built to refresh travellers who had to change boats in Falkirk between the Union Canal and the Forth & Clyde Canal. There was once a large basin called Port Downie in front of it. Today it's a popular stopping off point for visitors to the nearby Falkirk Wheel - as the busy picnic tables (conveniently overlooking the canal) will testify.

We offer:

  • Pubs + bars
