Our superb facilities include a fully equipped, air-conditioned gymnasium, fitness studio, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa. Cafe Bar with veranda overlooking the marina. Privately owned lodges, water-ski lake, tennis courts, trim trail and fishing. We also operate a brokerage for buying and selling boats.

So whether it's activity you're after, a quiet place to reflect by the river or just some stunning scenery to admire over lunch, dinner or a few drinks- Buckden Marina has it all.

Cafe Bar

The Café Bar is at the heart of the Marina and provides a convivial meeting place for all who visit, whether lodge owner, boat owner, fitness member or casual visitor.

Overlooking the moorings, the Café Restaurant is a lovely place to put the world to rights with a drink on the verandah before a leisurely meal with an extensive choice of dishes freshly prepared by our Head Chef.

Make your choice from a light snack to a full meal - with vegetarian and healthy eating options.

A programme of special dining events is on-going through the year, with early booking advised!

Fitness

Fitness and leisure are central to the Buckden Marina experience. The air-conditioned gymnasium offers a full range of cardio-vascular and resistance equipment.

New members enjoy a full one-to-one fitness assessment. Following this, our instructors design an exercise programme specifically tailored to your particular fitness needs. Whenever you visit the gym, we keep a friendly eye on your progress, and reassess your fitness on a regular basis.

We are proud of the range of fitness classes we are able to offer our members. From aerobics to yoga, we cover the whole fitness alphabet with fully qualified and skilled instructors.

Beauty

Relaxology' is our in-house treatment salon offering a range of beauty, body and holistic therapies for men, women, members and non-members. Paula and Tanya, our two therapists, offer a variety of treatments using Gerard's skincare and Kyido hand and nail products.

All Relaxology treatments are designed specifically for your individual needs, offering home care advice and a range of products which are available to purchase from the salon. Health & beauty treatments are an essential part of feeling and looking good. Soothe away any tensions in a calm and tranquil setting.

Marina

Explore the countryside from the tranquillity of the river - What better way to explore the uncongested waters of the River Great Ouse than with a mooring in this tranquil marina? There are so many navigable waterways in the area that you will never be short of new places to explore. Just take a look at the map to see how far you can journey in a weekend!

Marina Berths become available from time to time and can be rented annually or leased long-term. Our team of engineers offer a full range of associated services - routine maintenance, emergency repairs, valeting, new canopies and cranage to name a few. A comprehensive winter laying up programme including lifting out in to our secure compound, anti-fouling and outdrive and engine servicing/winterising. Additionally when you moor your boat with us you have access to all the facilities of the Clubhouse and are entitled to join the Health and Leisure Club at discounted rates.
